By submitting this form, I confirm and agree to the following:

1. I voluntarily apply for consideration as a member of the Volume of International Discoveries and Youth Academic Works, Achievements, and Novelties - VIDYAWAN Journal Editorial Team. No payment, compensation, or guarantee of selection is offered or implied.
2. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, and that all information and documents provided by me are true, accurate, and belong to me.
3. If selected, I authorize Volume of International Discoveries and Youth Academic Works, Achievements, and Novelties - VIDYAWAN Journal to display my name, photograph, designation, institution, biography, and professional profile information on the journal website and in related academic publications.
4. I understand that this is a voluntary academic role and does not constitute employment, a job offer, or any contractual relationship with Shiva Tech Innovations.
5. I understand my application will be reviewed by the journal administration, who may accept, reject, or request further information at their discretion, and that submission alone does not guarantee a position.
6. I may request correction, modification, or removal of my profile information at any time by contacting the journal administration, and I may withdraw this application prior to its review using the reference ID provided after submission.
