Publication Ethics
VIDYAWAN (Volume of International Discoveries and Youth Academic Works, Achievements, and Novelties) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, academic integrity, and responsible scholarly publishing. The journal expects all participants in the publication process—including authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial staff—to conduct themselves in accordance with recognized ethical principles that promote transparency, fairness, accountability, and trust in scholarly communication.
The journal is dedicated to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record and ensuring that all published research meets accepted standards of academic and professional conduct.

Responsibilities of Authors
Authors submitting manuscripts to VIDYAWAN are expected to comply with the following responsibilities.

Originality and Plagiarism
VIDYAWAN publishes only original scholarly work.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts:
are their own original work;
appropriately acknowledge the work of others;
accurately cite all referenced sources;
clearly identify any reproduced material where permission has been obtained.
All submissions may be screened using plagiarism-detection software. Manuscripts containing plagiarism, unattributed material, or other forms of intellectual property infringement may be rejected before publication or corrected, withdrawn, or retracted after publication where appropriate.
Duplicate and Redundant Publication
Authors must not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal, conference, or publication platform.
Manuscripts that have been previously published, are under active consideration elsewhere, or substantially duplicate previously published work are generally not eligible for publication.
Redundant publication and duplicate submission are regarded as violations of publication ethics.
Research Integrity
Authors are responsible for ensuring that research findings are reported honestly, accurately, and completely.
Research data should be collected, analyzed, interpreted, and presented in a truthful manner. Fabrication, falsification, selective reporting, image manipulation that alters scientific meaning, or intentional misrepresentation of research findings constitute serious ethical misconduct.
Authorship
Authorship should accurately reflect individual scholarly contributions.
Individuals listed as authors should have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, analysis, or interpretation of the research, participated in the preparation or revision of the manuscript, approved the final version prior to submission, and accepted responsibility for the integrity of the published work.
Individuals who contributed to the research but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be acknowledged appropriately.
Guest authorship, honorary authorship, and ghost authorship are considered unethical publication practices.
Conflict of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors should disclose any financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other relationships that could reasonably be perceived as influencing their judgment.
Where a conflict of interest exists, appropriate measures will be taken to ensure an independent and impartial editorial process.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers contribute significantly to maintaining the quality and integrity of scholarly publications.
